8(a) Small Disadvantage Business - Certified

The US SBA 8(a) Business Development Program provides economically disadvantaged entrepreneurs with management, technical, financial and federal contracting assistance with the aim of helping these entrepreneurs create viable businesses to compete in the marketplace. 8(a) program permit participants to form teaming arrangements with other companies and allows government agencies to streamline the process by which 8(a).

GSA IT Schedule 70 - Certified

IT Schedule 70 is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) contract. It allows our industry partners to offer a comprehensive array of IT products, services, and solutions. IT Schedule 70 is the largest procurement vehicle and the most widely used acquisition offering in the federal government. Nearly one-third of all GSA Multiple Award Schedule contractors are available through IT Schedule 70’s Special Item Numbers (SINs), which means customers can get the products, services, and solutions they need.

  • Ease of Use: Simplified online ordering and usage of Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs)
  • Built-in Value: Nationwide network of resources, including complementary e-Tools and responsive regional GSA representatives
  • Safe-harbor: Assistance with Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR) compliance
  • Variety: Access to 5,000 industry partners, providing millions of products, services, and solutions
  • Teaming: Contractor Team Arrangements (CTAs) allow industry partners to collaborate and offer a total solution that meets customer requirements

FAA eFAST master ordering agreement (MOA)

Hugonet was awarded an eFAST master ordering agreement (MOA). eFAST (Electronic FAA Accelerated and Simplified Tasks) is a blank purchase agreement to support FAA operations for 2011 to 2016. eFAST provides for a broad range of comprehensive professional and support. The combined total ceiling amount for all MOAs under eFAST is $2 billion. HUGONET won an award in the following functional areas:

  • Computer Systems Support
  • Computer/Information Systems Development
  • Business Administration & Management

The scope for this MOA includes the 50 states, the District of Columbia, and all US territories either at Hugonet’s facilities (offsite), or on Government facilities (onsite).
