Developed SharePoint 2010 and InfoPath 2010-based FAA COSH (Cabin Occupation Safety and Health) system to accommodate the submission workflow, and reporting of airline employee health and injury incidents inside the airplane cabin.

Developed FAA Whistleblower Protection Program Complaints Management System for air carrier industry employees to report employer air carrier safety violations relating to any violation, alleged violation, or planned violation of any FAA order, regulation, or standard or any other Federal law relating to air carrier safety.

Supported SharePoint application workflow development and server administration for US DOJ’s Asset Forfeiture Program to track seizure and forfeiture of assets that represented the proceeds of, or were used to facilitate federal crimes.

RE is a Public Buildings Service (PBS) Enterprise Application that uses source information from Oracle-based back-office systems and applications such as the System for Tracking and Administering Real-property (STAR), Appraisal Data System (ADS), and Galaxy to estimate rent charged for the upcoming budget year. These estimates are used by customers of the (GSA) and by GSA in the budget formulation process.

Developed GSA PBS Design and Construction Services Professional Budget Estimating that GSA project and portfolio managers use to estimate budgets for specific building construction and renovation projects based on historical PBS project data, PBS estimates, and industry benchmark data.

Developed DC DOC Release Plan Online Database (RPOD) to assist corrections case managers match, secure, and coordinate continuing services from community agencies for the inmate upon release in order to smooth an inmate's transition to life after incarceration by “match-making” an inmate’s intake assessment needs with RPOD's directory of over a thousand service providers.

Developed DC DOC Environmental Housing Inspection web-based/hand-held prison inspection application that provides a ticket tracking system to document maintenance problems, dispatches maintenance crew for repair, and coordinates inmates moves during repairs.

Developed DC DOC Performance Reporting Online (PRO) web-based application to provide the DC Dept. of Corrections a full set of capabilities that enabled the organization to monitor, analyze, and manage the performance of every aspect of its business that translated to direct into cost savings and efficiency.

Developed DC DOC web-based Sentence Calculator to reduce erroneous late/early inmate releases and automate complex sentence computations that has resulted in increased daily computation productivity and bridged the expertise gaps amongst legal instrument examiners.

Developed DC DOC Medical Billing System that tracks daily clinic appointments for inmates and computes transportation and correctional officer labor costs for external medical care provided to the federal inmates.

Developed Corrections Internal Affairs Online (CIAO) accommodates case tracking and workflow of incidents, investigations, and disciplinary actions against officers and inmates.

Developed DC DOC Firearms Inventory Database Online (FIDO) web-based application to provide the DC DOC a full-scale firearms sign-in/out, inventory control, background/training check, and maintenance scheduling.

Developed web-based DC DOC Training Online Database (TOD) to provide an automated registrar system to track and schedule corrections training, and certifications.

Functionalities include: self-registration, document management that accommodates chapters, sections, and subsections, reporting by products and functions, online feedback, and site usage tracking via WebTrends.
